Problem

Guardrails say UI motion goes through QueryaMotion tokens. Remaining bare durations:

• QueryaStagger.step = 30ms
• Update badge pulse = 1400ms

Where: lib/core/motion/querya_stagger.dart, lib/features/updater/update_available_badge.dart

Expected

• Either add tokens / named constants under motion, or document as intentional physics/stagger exceptions in docs/motion-and-high-refresh.md / CONTRIBUTING

Acceptance

• No unexplained bare UI Duration(milliseconds:) in these call sites
• Docs or tokens updated
