Problem

Title bar hard-coded height: 40 while app content scales via TextScaler / UI scale. High UI scale → clipped menus / crowded chrome.

Evidence

• lib/features/main_screen/querya_window_title_bar.dart (~77–78)
• UI scale scope in app shell

Acceptance

• Title bar height follows QueryaUiScaleScope / layout tokens
• High scale does not clip window controls or menus
• Extend chrome golden / layout test for scaled sizes if practical

Suggested fix

context.scaled(40) or shared chrome height token.
