This script walks the dns delegation chain from . to the given name
and prints any inconsistencies it finds.

run as "q <name>" (uses A record)
or "q <name> <recordtype>"

Available command line options are
"-v" for verbose 
"-a" to also debug all root NS
"-r <ip>" to set NS used for .
