Hello,
I have done the switch to NTS 2.0 and also to ProjNet 2.0 and plan to submit a pull request once it is completely finished.

There are 2 issues remaining:

1. The library SharpSbn still depends on GeoAPI 1.x. The code looks small enough to switch it to NTS 2.0 easily. A nuget package will be required
2. The project "SharpMap.CoordinateSystems.DotSpatial" I have not changed yet. When all code is based on NTS 2.0 and ProjNet 2.0, is there still a need to support DotSpatial inside SharpMap project? The underlying changes from interfaces to classes (NTS 1.x to NTS 2.0) require more changes to this library (see https://github.com/NetTopologySuite/NetTopologySuite/wiki/Upgrading-to-2.0-from-1.x)
