<p>Thanks for expressing interest in becoming an organizer for Tech Retreat 2016! Below, we've provided some details on each of the teams for you to choose from

<p>Please note that Tech Retreat will take place in July 2016. You'll need to commit a few hours (more as the event approaches) weekly.</p>
<h3>Logistics</h3>
<p>Ordering and managing supplies, food, and swag; preparing the schedule and organization of the opening and closing ceremonies.</p>
<h3>Learnathon</h3>
<p>Creating the content for the learnathon component of Tech Retreat. Last year, we ran a <ahref="http://techtanks.techretreat.ca">software</a> and hardware stream.
This year, we're looking into expanding the number of streams and the content we cover. The team will also be defining the acceptance criteria for the learnathon.</p>
<h3>Hackathon</h3>
<p>Any hackathon related content. Organizers on this team will be responsible for defining acceptance criteria for the hackathon and finding judges.</p>
<h3>Events</h3>
<p>The events team organizes challenges and mini-events for all participants. They are also responsible for the speakers who will talk at Tech Retreat.</p>
<h3>Sponsorship</h3>
<p>The sponsorship team is responsible for raising funds from companies and organizations to fund Tech Retreat.</p>
<h3>Public Relations</h3>
<p>Talking to media and raising awareness of Tech Retreat.</p>
<h3>Design</h3>
<p>Designers will be creating assets for Tech Retreat and will work on building great user experiences.</p>
<h3>Volunteer Coordinators</h3>
<p>Volunteer Coordinators will be focusing on recruiting and organizing volunteers.</p>
<h3>Community</h3>
<p>Community team members will reach out to high school students, teachers, and administrators to advertise Tech Retreat. They will also manage our social media and email.</p>
