Trying to get a timeStampNanoTZ() off of the UnionFixedSizeListWriter results in this exception:
You tried to write a TimeStampNanoTZ type when you are using a ValueWriter of type UnionFixedSizeListWriter.

Is it possible to support this since timeStampNano() and timeStampNanoTZ() have identical payloads? (just one has the TZ string in the field schema)
