So RTD subproject idea was floated at the Astropy Coordination Meeting 2025 as a possible way to tied Coordinated docs to core lib doc.

I added my synphot fork (aliased as synphot in subproject settings) as a subproject to my astropy fork as an experiment. I don't see any benefit. What am I missing?

• https://astropy-pllim.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ does not show synphot as a subproject anywhere; searching for synphot stuff on that page also does not work.
• https://synphot-pllim.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ now redirects to https://astropy-pllim.readthedocs.io/projects/synphot/en/latest/ but that is about it.

Why synphot? It is not Coordinated!

I just picked it because I am maintainer there also (need to be maintainer on both sides to set it on RTD admin panel), and it redirecting to my astropy-pllim unlikely to shock anyone for now as it is a low-traffic package.

Clean-up

• Delete synphot-pllim fork doc build on RTD.
• Delete astropy-pllim fork doc build on RTD.
