ListExternalGroupMappingsRequest has attribute filter which is actually not supported by the api:

{"error_description":"Filter not supported, please use origin and externalGroup parameters","error":"scim","message":"Filter not supported, please use origin and externalGroup parameters"}

Instead the api supports filter on origin and externalGroup which is not offered by ListExternalGroupMappingsRequest
