HighDef Python code

This code needs to be run on a Linux PC or windows subsystem

TODO: Add instructions for how to set up WSL subsystem

NEW commands:

python Installation/tmsloc_proto-0.2023.8/scripts/01_create_subject_structure.py -f /mnt/d/HighDef-operate/HighDef/sub-999

Then modify the create_sub-XXX.py file, putting in the correct MRI names etc.

Installations:

To install the MCR (Matlab):

sudo FREESURFER_HOME=$FREESURFER_HOME /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/bin/fs_install_mcr R2019b
