Package date #118

Description

Problem

For packages that has copyright statements (i.e. pdffit2 and pdfgui etc) it has date and years printed as part of the statement. What has been done was to use the date of creation time of the file or directory where the package is installed (see pdfgui). Maybe it's better to use the release date instead of the installed date?

Proposed solution

We can use git latest tag date. We can add a step in release workflow to get the date and use it in version.py.
