chore: replace deprecated diffpy.structure functions #99

Problem
When running diffpy.srfit tests, I get this deprecation warning
/Users/cadenmyers/miniforge3/envs/srfit-rc/lib/python3.13/site-packages/diffpy/srreal/structureconverters.py:168:
DeprecationWarning: 'diffpy.structure.Lattice.abcABG' is deprecated and will be removed in version 4.0.0.
Please use 'diffpy.structure.Lattice.cell_parms' instead.
adpt.setLatPar(*stru.lattice.abcABG())
