Switch iOS and tvOS builds to unconditionally use Swift Package Manager
- Remove CocoaPods fallback and FIREBASE_IOS_USE_SPM CMake option so SPM is used by default without flags. - Simplify SPM checkouts include path discovery and remove .build/artifacts/* from recursive globs to eliminate duplicate -I architecture slice paths. - Move SPM include path injection outside the setup_pod_headers foreach loop, reducing compiler flags from 400+ to ~35. - Remove duplicate MTL4RenderPassDescriptor macro definition in credential_ios.mm to fix Metal property collisions on Xcode 26.4. - Update C++ SDK internal #import headers to use framework syntax (<FirebaseCore/FIRApp.h>, etc.).
