…ed tests Add a comment referencing intel#21873 to the 18 tests observed to sporadically fail on Battlemage Graphics (Matrix element-wise ops and USM/memops2d copy/memcpy variants), to trigger CI re-evaluation without changing test behavior.
Temporarily reduce the E2E matrix in sycl-linux-precommit.yml to only run the "Intel / Battlemage Graphics" job, to speed up CI monitoring of the 18 tests from issue intel#21873 without running the full matrix (GEN12, CUDA, Arc, PVC, Preview Mode, ARL, ABI compatibility). Revert once monitoring is complete.
