What happened?

Ex : https://github.com/animetosho/uploader-php-ext
Issues and Pull Requests have been disabled in the repo's settings. So when fetching https://api.github.com/repos/animetosho/uploader-php-ext/pulls?per_page=100&filter=all&state=all&sort=updated&direction=desc, it does error out with a good ol' 404. But in that case it shouldn't error out and exit, just silently swallow the error and continue
