Cleanup normalization examples #15866

- The tutorial and the example are mostly the same.
- Most of the plots are again repeated as separate examples:
- https://matplotlib.org/gallery/userdemo/colormap_normalizations_bounds.html
- https://matplotlib.org/gallery/userdemo/colormap_normalizations_custom.html
- https://matplotlib.org/gallery/userdemo/colormap_normalizations_diverging.html
- https://matplotlib.org/gallery/userdemo/colormap_normalizations_lognorm.html
- https://matplotlib.org/gallery/userdemo/colormap_normalizations_power.html
This is too much redundancy.
For 1) essentially, the example should be dropped. The tutorial contains the same plots and better textual descriptions. TODO: is something from the example missing in the tutorial?
For 2) I'm not sure if it's worth keeping them. They are not new contents , but it may be nice to still have those images in the gallery. If they stay, they should link to the tutorial.
