Notched box plot not drawn correctly #173

pyplot.box(t, notch = 1) does not draw the box correctly. With notch = 0 the plot looks correct. I'm attaching a sample plot with the data to reproduce the bug:
import numpy as np
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
t = np.loadtxt('box_plot_bug_sample_data.csv')
plt.boxplot(t, notch = 1)

@ddale: Is it possible to get access to the closed issue tracker on SF? Its hard to know if some of these issues are still unresolved without the sf attached material.
