Problem

If we move a page it would be nice to set up a redirect to the current version of the page. This Sphinx extension allows that via a simple list of redirects that get added as HTML refreshes after the rest of the build:

Note this doesn't help old versions of the docs, but does fix the problem going forward. Would need a change to the developer guide to describe how to add the redirect to conf.py.
