It would be nice to zoom in and then double click to the reset the zoom.
Also, it would be nice if I could scroll with the mouse roller to zoom in and out.
See https://gist.github.com/tacaswell/3144287 for code that will do most of what want. I think you would just need to add a handler for double-click. The method to return the view to 'home' is on the toolbar object.
