<p>Annotate the <em>x</em>, <em>y</em> point <em>xy</em> with text <em>s</em> at <em>x</em>, <em>y</em>
location <em>xytext</em>. (If <em>xytext</em> = <em>None</em>, defaults to <em>xy</em>,
and if <em>textcoords</em> = <em>None</em>, defaults to <em>xycoords</em>).</p>
<p><em>arrowprops</em>, if not <em>None</em>, is a dictionary of line properties
