I had a look at http://editor.method.ac and I am really impressed by Method-Draw. It works wonderful both on a desktop and on iPad. I git cloned the source to /var/www/ on my server, but unfortunately it does not work properly. When I open http://localhost/Method-Draw/method-draw/ in my browser, I see the drawing canvas, menus and buttons, but nothing works. No rulers, nu menu options. Nothing. Did I forgot to do something? I have been looking for install and configuration documentation, but could not find any.
