Describe the bug
The "Drag to Resize" slider isn't centered visually and constantly changes position depending on how many items are currently shown in the "Jump In" section on the Home page. This only happens when the window is wide enough to make two columns instead of one.
Steps to reproduce
Go to the Home page and view the Jump In section. Make the window wide enough to show two columns in the Jump In section, rather than one. Screen recording:

Expected behavior
The slider should be in the center of the Home page, and should not jump around. This already works when there is only one column in the Jump In section. The window's width was shortened for this screen recording to achieve the one column effect:
