What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)
Describe the bug
The Modrinth v2 API rejects creation of a version claiming to support regular Fabric on old versions such as 1.8.9 (e.g. loaders ["ornithe", "fabric"] and versions ["1.8.9", "26.3"]. However, the website allows you to at least edit a preexisting release to make such invalid declarations, which can leave options like "Fabric 1.8.9" and "Ornithe 26.3" as valid choices for users.
Steps to reproduce
- Publish a normal version with sane loader/game version combinations
- Try to edit it to support invalid loader+game version combinations
Expected behavior
Either the website should reject such modifications, or the API should allow it too.
Additional context
I have not verified if this is an "API vs website" or a "create vs edit" problem.
