Describe the bug

the UI completely changes when you go to select an alternate version of a project that doesn't have any dependencies, when the default version does. this doesn't make any sense & also there's no way to select the stable version anymore

Steps to reproduce

1. have a project that has a Release version that has dependencies on other projects, and a not-Release version that doesn't (ex. https://modrinth.com/mod/figura-v5-support for NeoForge/1.21.1)
2. try to use the download button on the main project page to bring up the dialog
3. select the alpha version
4. can't go back to the stable version

Expected behavior

don't completely change the UI when selecting an alternate version
