Describe the bug

I added to my Gemfile a local gem using the standard format

gem 'test_gem', path: 'vendor/gems/test_gem'

However, when deploy it gives me the following error

Error:
Error: The path
/<my-path>/.serverless/ruby_layer/vendor/gems/test_gem
does not exist.
