Describe the bug
Attempts to run smb-enum-shares script fails

To Reproduce
install nmap v7,.98 CLI for windows
install openssl 3.6.1 for windows

Expected behavior
script should run and deliver output as documented here https://nmap.org/nsedoc/scripts/smb-enum-shares.html
