doc: replace deprecated CI job
`node-test-pull-request-lite` CI job is deprecated now and
https://ci.nodejs.org/job/node-test-pull-request-lite/ has this note:
"DEPRECATED: please use the node-test-pull-request-lite-pipeline job".
