I have a couple of questions about phpipam free edition capabilities.
I have been using Gestioip but they are going end of support by the end of 2028.
Couple of things I am looking at:

1. The IPAM system I need has to be able to work offline. Meaning it can't have access to learn the network.
2. Would like the option to load data via excel or csv file
3. I have one application that once you assign one ip subnet, you then utilize several other subnets relating to the network connection. Can you link multiple subnets to a single subnet?
