In Modules/_hashopenssl.c deprecated in OpenSSL (the original OpenSSL) and instead it is preferred to use EVP_MAC APIs.

HMAC apis will be removed soon, please add code path that uses EVP_MAC APIs available since OpenSSL 3.0.0.
