Bug report

Bug description:

_Py_uop_sym_get_type returns PyGen_Type if the tag is a JIT_SYM_RECORDED_GEN_FUNC_TAG, but it should return NULL instead. (Thanks to @Fidget-Spinner for spotting the bug!)
