The MSStore CLI now exists and can be used to publish directly to the Store.
Add upload to Store step to release script.
Turns out the CLI isn't viable for this, as there's no way to push the packages without instantly publishing, but we need to be able to modify the listing data in between.
Perhaps one day the Store's REST API will allow it, but apparently not yet.
