Not all devices are discovered consistently (which seems to especially an issue with HS200 and HS220?), a potential reason could be burst discovery requests or the device being in in power save mode when the broadcast requests are sent out.

Yay! I applied the 2021.10.1 update today and it recovered my remaining 6 devices! :-) They are "available" now. home-assistant/core#57215

Discovering KL125 smartbulbs works reliably if the they are turned on. Discovery fails if the the bulbs have been turned off for a minute or more.
This aligns with the theory that discovery fails if the devices are in a power save mode. kasatest.txt
