Note that sudo pip3 install pythonnet==2.1.0.dev1 --force works.

Any idea @tonyroberts ?

I noticed that on 2.2.1 when I ran it on Travis. Python 2.7 works becoause it doesn't use the abi flags. Does Python 3 with sudo result with a different set of flags ?

Does it work if you do pip3 install pythonnet==2.1.0.dev1 --user ?
