Old native (and unmaintained) PHP MapScript was removed for the 
MapServer 8.0 release.  Please see the /mapscript/phpng/ folder 
for the maintained PHP MapScript support through SWIG, or the 
documentation at https://mapserver.org/mapscript/mapscript.html .
