Just wanted to start the discussion here, not necessarily ready to implement. After having some enlightening conversations with legal publishers, I think it might make sense to allow admins to edit the published code, to correct import issues that might arise. Most cities and vendors don't necessarily have technical staff to correct bad regexes causing mistakes on import, so having some sort of really simple CRUD system would probably be very useful. I understand that the overall idea of SD should be push-button, but having some method for dealing with issues in the short term via an advanced interface would certainly be useful to many.
