…tive indices Compute validated dtype/shape and resized to max_index+1 but never checked that indices are non-negative; the Scatter() helper then did std::swap(list->tensors()[i], aligned) with i < 0, indexing the backing std::vector before its buffer (out-of-bounds heap access). Validate indices in Compute, matching the sibling TensorListScatter. Adds a regression test.
