  1. ✨ Create minimal stable build with button control 

    🎯 Key Features:
- Button-controlled face switching (GPIO21)
- Optimized display rendering (only redraws on face changes)
- Stable dual-core operation with proper synchronization
- OLED status display with current face info
- Mirrored LED panel output working correctly

🚫 Temporarily Disabled (for stability):
- ESP-NOW wireless communication (espnowcom.cpp -> espnowcom.disabled)
- Boop sensor interactions
- Speech/microphone animations

🔧 Technical Improvements:
- Fixed global variable declaration conflicts
- Improved Task2 rendering efficiency (50ms intervals)
- Added proper mutex handling with timeout
- Enhanced error logging and debugging
- Resolved all linker errors and build issues

📊 Build Results:
- ESP32: 7.2% RAM, 26.2% Flash usage
- ESP32-S3: 6.4% RAM, 10.5% Flash usage

📚 Documentation:
- Added WARP.md with comprehensive project overview
- Added IMPROVEMENTS.md with detailed change log

This build provides a stable foundation for testing core LED matrix functionality before re-enabling advanced features.
