Expected behavior

install-macos.sh ci fetches an arm64 and an x86_64 libomp bottle.

Actual behavior

The x86_64 fetch returns the formula, not a bottle, so the job fails:

Additional information

libomp 23.1.1 has no macOS x86_64 bottle: the tags are arm64_golden_gate,
arm64_tahoe, arm64_sequoia, arm64_sonoma, arm64_linux, x86_64_linux. Plain
sonoma is gone, so unlike #1735 and #1736 this is not a wrong tag.

Either drop the x86_64 slice, pin the last version that had a bottle, or build
libomp from source. Happy to send a PR for whichever you prefer.
