This Privacy Policy describes how FazBrowse, its owners, operators, administrators, and affiliates (collectively, "FazBrowse," "we," "us," "our") collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information in connection with your access to or use of our website, forums, video hosting features ("Ftoob"), and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you use the Services, including but not limited to: account registration information (username, password, email address); profile information; content you post, upload, or submit, including forum posts, comments, images, videos, and messages ("User Content"); communications you send to us; and any other information you choose to submit.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to: IP address; browser type and version; device identifiers and characteristics; operating system; referring and exit pages; timestamps; pages viewed and features used; approximate geographic location derived from IP address; and log data related to errors, performance, and security events.

1.3 Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Services, including for purposes of authentication, preferences, analytics, security, and advertising, as further described in Section 4.

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;

3. Data Monetization and Aggregated/De-Identified Data
FazBrowse may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from information we collect, and may use, disclose, license, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit such aggregated or de-identified data for any purpose, without restriction, since such data does not identify you individually. FazBrowse reserves the right to monetize the Services, including through advertising, sponsorships, data partnerships, and analytics arrangements, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Advertising

4.1 Cookies
The Services may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising purposes. You may be able to disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect the functionality of the Services.

4.2 Advertising Networks and Third-Party Advertising
The Services may display advertisements served by FazBrowse or by third-party advertising networks and partners. These parties may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to collect information about your visits to the Services and other websites in order to provide advertising about goods and services that may interest you. FazBrowse does not control the privacy practices of third-party advertisers, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their data collection practices. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers or the destinations of any advertisement, sponsored link, or click-tracking redirect on the Services.

4.3 Do Not Track
The Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We may track your activity across the Services and, where applicable, across third-party sites over time.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may share or disclose information we collect in the following circumstances, and for any other purpose permitted by applicable law:
- With service providers, contractors, and vendors who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, advertising, and customer support;
- With advertising and marketing partners, including for interest-based and third-party advertising;
- With affiliated entities under common ownership or control with FazBrowse;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other change of control, in which information may be transferred as a business asset;
- Where you have made information publicly available through the Services, such as forum posts or Ftoob uploads, which may be viewed, indexed, cached, or redistributed by any person, including search engines and third parties, and FazBrowse is not responsible for further dissemination of information you make public;
- Where disclosure is strictly required under applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process, as further described in Section 7;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of FazBrowse, its users, or others; and
- With your consent or at your direction.

6. Data Retention
FazBrowse retains information for as long as necessary to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for other legitimate business purposes, including the purposes described in Sections 2 and 3. We are under no obligation to delete information upon account deletion or termination, except to the extent required by applicable law, and may retain and continue to use User Content in accordance with the license granted under Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service. Residual copies of information may remain in backups, caches, or archived systems following deletion requests.

7. Law Enforcement, Legal Process, and Government Requests
FazBrowse may access, preserve, and disclose information about you, including account information, User Content, and usage data, only where we believe in good faith that disclosure is: (a) strictly required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process; (b) necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy; or (c) necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of FazBrowse, its users, or the public. FazBrowse does not voluntarily provide information to external parties and will resist disclosure to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not obligated to notify you before disclosing information in response to legally binding requests, and, where legally permitted, may be prohibited from doing so.

8. Security
FazBrowse implements measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and FazBrowse makes no guarantee regarding the security of your information. You transmit and store information on the Services at your own risk, and FazBrowse disclaims all liability for unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information to the fullest extent permitted by law, consistent with Sections 7 and 8 of the Terms of Service.

9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and FazBrowse does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner inconsistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). Certain sections of the Services are restricted to users 18 years of age or older, as described in the Terms of Service. If FazBrowse becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, it will take reasonable steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to FazBrowse in violation of this section may contact us using the information in Section 14.

10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and, where applicable, sell or share; the right to request deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of certain profiling activities. FazBrowse will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and we may decline requests as permitted by law.

10.2 Other Jurisdictions
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where such rights apply, FazBrowse will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. FazBrowse makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the United States, and if you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law.

11. International Users and Data Transfers
The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

12. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
The Services may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites, including linked articles, videos, and preview content displayed within forum posts. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services, and FazBrowse is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

13. Changes to This Policy
FazBrowse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to a modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

15. Relationship to Terms of Service
