Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, cinnamon and honey.

Add the pistachios, frozen berries and dark chocolate; mix well.

Spoon the mixture into a lidded freezer-proof container. Smooth and flatten with the back of a spoon, then cover and freeze for 2 hours. If freezing for longer, allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before scooping.

Really enjoyed this as a healthy sweet treat. Definitely make sure to let sit before trying to scoop! Smashed the pistachios and choccy a bit with a meat mallet so the pieces werent too big, which worked well.

Liked it apart from the chocolate. I didnt chop it finely enough, but even if I had I think it would be wasted in frozen state. Id replace it wth more fruit or nuts or maybe finely chopped stem ginger

I actually dont like this in its frozen state but from the fridge, as a mousey, creamy pud, yes please!

Easy to make and you could adjust easily to different flavours

great and easy recipe, added almonds to mine!

Easy to assemble but texture wise I found it not so pleasing. Maybe better if chocolate and pistachios were finely chopped. Peanut and yoghurt is a bit of an unusual combination, but worth a try getting used to.

Really tasty and easy recipe. A big hit with little ones and adults.
