How Do I Get Access to this Pay-Per-View (PPV) event?
Pay-Per-View events are available for purchase within 7-days of the event starting. Prior to the 7-day purchase window, you may choose to add the event to your watchlist for easier access. You dont need a Prime membership to watch the event anyone with an Amazon account will be able to stream this event with a qualifying purchase. If youre new to Amazon, then all you need to do is create an Amazon account, which doesnt cost anything. You can also purchase the replay after the event has concluded and watch it whenever you would like.
How do I watch this Pay-Per-View event when it is live?
Pay-Per-View is available on Amazon devices such as the Fire TV and Fire tablet, connected TVs, web browsers, and on more than 650 connected devices via the Prime Video app. Go to the Pay-Per-View Help Hub to see the full list of supported devices. You can watch the event live on Prime Video. Its easy to find go to the Prime Video app on your TV, computer, or mobile device, and youll see events in the Live and upcoming events row on the Prime Video homepage and Sports page, or by searching for a specific event title. PPV events will be marked with a yellow shopping bag icon and the text Pay-Per-View. Once you have navigated to the PPV event page, select Buy and complete the payment process. After you have completed the purchase, press the Play button to Watch Live! You can now watch the fight on one device, and one account, per purchase.
Can I record, fast forward, and rewind live sports and events?
You can pause, rewind, fast-forward, and start from beginning, as long as the event has not ended. You will not be able to record the event, but a replay will be made available to you after purchase, all found on the same event page as the live broadcast.
Im experiencing streaming issues, what can I do?
First, check your device bandwidth speeds. For the best live streaming experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD & 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available. If youre experiencing any issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture.
What can I do if Im having payment issues while purchasing Pay-Per-View events?
For issues with Pay-Per-View payments, you can manage your settings, and 1-Click settings, on Manage Your Memberships & Subscriptions. For Prime Video purchases and rentals, visit Update Your Payment Method. Verify that the payment details entered are correct, including the card number, expiration date and 3-digit security code. If youre attempting to make a purchase using your Apple payment method on iOS or tvOS, please ensure the payment details that you have provided Apple under your iTunes & App Store settings are up to date.
