Update a Web Analytics rule

PUT/accounts/{account_id}/rum/v2/{ruleset_id}/rule/{rule_id}

Updates a rule in a Web Analytics ruleset.

The preferred authorization scheme for interacting with the Cloudflare API. Create a token.
