I didn’t receive the access link email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Make sure you’re entering the exact email you used when purchasing if you’re not sure which one, you can try again with a different address as many times as you need.

No problem just try the emails you might have used, one at a time. If none of them work, contact our support team and we’ll help you find your account.

What can I do once I’m in?

If you have an active subscription, you can manage or cancel your plan, update your payment method, and view invoices. If you purchased a lifetime license, you’ll see your View My Order link instead.

How long does the access link stay valid?

24 hours. If it expires, just come back to this page and request a new one.
