Be part of a powerful tradition that blends purpose with connection. Over the past three years, the POSSIBLE community has mobilized more than 100 volunteers to remove nearly 150 pounds of litter and ocean debris from Miami Beachprotecting marine wildlife and preserving one of our citys most iconic coastlines.

In partnership with Clean Miami Beach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, this event offers more than environmental impactits a meaningful way to connect with fellow attendees while giving back to the city that hosts us.

POSSIBLE is proud to partner with the Fontainebleau and Food Rescue US, a local Miami-based nonprofit, for the third year! On the final day of the event, we work together to ensure any excess catering is safely collected and promptly delivered to social service agencies serving the food insecure. We’re honored to support this incredible organization that fights hunger and food waste by connecting volunteers and food donors through their innovative app.

After a successful partnership in 2024, were excited to announce that GumGum is returning as our official Hydration Station sponsor for POSSIBLE 2025! Stay refreshed throughout the event by grabbing a reusable water bottle and filling up with still or sparkling filtered water at our hydration stations.

POSSIBLE strives to lead environmental stewardship in our industry while acknowledging the challenges of hosting in-person events. We will continue to partner with organizations that prioritize sustainability and environmental impact while working closely with venue operations to minimize our carbon footprint.

  • Attendee Badges are made from 100% biodegradable plastic material & made in the USA . Lanyards are made of recycled plastic and fabric is recyclable.
  • Staff T-shirtsmade with sustainably and fairly grown USA cotton.
  • Giveaways included Sunglasses made from eco friendly wheat fiber and Fabric Hand Fans made with bamboo handles.
  • Eco-friendly F&B containers.
  • 100% Recyclable Aluminum water bottles (branded) for Speakers.
  • Vegetarian, Gluten-free, & Dairy-free options to reduce carbon footprint and accommodate special diets.

Encourage Green Venue Initiatives

Fontainebleau, strives to provide its guests with an eco-friendly experience. In every area from design to site management to marketing priority is given to sustainable principles and practices that conserve resources without compromising the guest experience.

Fontainebleau has developed creative green solutions that include linen and towel re-use, eco-friendly laundry and cleaning products, organic menu options, water and energy conservation programs and an inclusive recycling program.

  • Landscaping features native plants, saving on irrigation
  • The use of Diversity earth-friendly cleaning chemicals
  • Elimination of plastic straws, use eco-friendlypaper products
  • Eliminated all Styrofoam from the property and replaced it with corn based biodegradable plastics
  • Packaging for in-room amenities, pool, and beach are recyclable
  • Established energy conservation committee responsible for consumption reduction
  • Appliances and all technology are Energy Star rated
  • Car charging stations available on property, bikes available to borrow
