Las Iguanas started small in a quiet Bristol street in 1991 and became something of a local institution, introducing boldly spiced Latin American food cooked from scratch and a heavyweight menu of premium cocktails. We added intoxicating Latin rhythms and the rich colour palette of the southern hemisphere to the mix and thats still true of Las Iguanas today. Were still independent-spirited, with familiar faces running the show because we love what we do.
