Its super easy to get Fathom Analytics working with Ghost. Heres how you do it:

Login to the Ghost administration area
Click on the Settings icon at the bottom, then click on Code injection in the Advanced section
Paste your embed code below into the text box under Site Header
Click the save button

And youre ready to roll. A lot of people who use Ghost dont want their own page views being tracked. You can exclude your own pageviews really easily.
