As CEO, Tony leads the the acceleration and innovation of VideoAmps planning, measurement and optimization solutions, along with the big data that supports it. Prior to VideoAmp, Tony served as a senior leader at Google for 15 years running data science and engineering teams and creating products for advertising planning, optimization and measurement. Tony holds a M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics and a M.S. in Engineering from the University of Colorado.

As Chief Product Officer, Josh leads VideoAmps product, program management and business development teams. Under his guidance, these teams develop the product strategy, design and roadmaps for the products that are making advanced currency a reality through big data powered planning and measurement. Prior to joining VideoAmp, Josh spent 11 years in product at Google working on Ad Measurement where he created new platforms for cross screen and outcome measurement. He also launched Google Drive in 2012 and developed new products for Google Pay and Shopping. Josh holds a BS in Computer Engineering and MBA from Texas A&M University.

As Active Founder, Board Member & Shareholder, Ross McCray manifests the companys mission by ensuring VideoAmp always maintains a performance oriented culture that runs at higher velocities, with higher standards than most. He relentlessly looks for and exploits every opportunity possible to remove slack in the system by expecting higher quality outcomes, stepping up the pace and growing people out of their comfort zone.

As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Sharon is a seasoned legal executive with more than 14 years of legal experience. In her current role, she oversees VideoAmp's legal and privacy affairs, focusing on the companys legal strategy, risk mitigation and compliance. Sharon has served as legal counsel for VideoAmp for the past four years, most recently serving as Interim Chief Legal Officer, and prior to that, as VideoAmps Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining VideoAmp, Sharon was Principal, Senior Vice President and Counsel at Wilshire Associates, with a focus on private equity fund of funds, analytics, and investment consulting. Sharon also brings experience as counsel for a public tech company and began her legal practice in financial restructuring. Sharon currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Bryan Goski leads the revenue org for VideoAmp working across sell and buy side partners to bring better data, measurement, and currency to the industry. He has helped VideoAmp lead the way in the new currency race and has been directly involved since the beginning of the journey with key partners such as Paramount, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers Discovery, and many more. He is passionate about all things related to the 21st century camp fire, the emergence of our industry's advertising revolution, and how this impacts our daily lives.

As Chief Financial Officer, Brett leads finance, capital allocation, and operations. He brings deep expertise in corporate development and scaling high-growth technology companies to the role, with a consistent track record of disciplined capital allocation. Brett, a former Academic All-American and professional lacrosse player, is based in Los Angeles.
