    That feature is available in WordPress.
    -Fixing multiple WordPress files at once: Go to “Dashboard > Updates” and click on the “Re-install version xxxxx” button. That will only reinstall modified/infected files. That won’t modify your current configuration or your data.

    -Fixing multiple files in a plugin at once: Go to “Plugins > Add new”, click the “Upload Plugin” button and re-upload the plugin. When WordPress will warn you that it is already installed, go ahead and all current infected files will be replaced by the new ones.
