Our Career Choice program provides eligible employees prepaid tuition for career-aligned certificates, training, and degrees in high-demand fields. The program opens access to more than 600 education partners worldwide. As part of our $2.5 billion commitment through Future Ready 2030, we dedicated $1 billion to enhance Career Choice offerings to help even more employees build the skills they need to grow into future-ready roles, whether at Amazon or beyond.
