This Privacy Notice sets out how ALDI collects and processes your personal data as a customer. This principally relates to your use of our Site / App, whether you are using them to sign up to our newsletter, purchase a product or service, take part in a competition, or otherwise.

Privacy complaints procedure
We understand you may not always be satisfied with the result of your data subject rights request or with how ALDI processes your personal data. Under the Data (Use and Access) Act, you have the right to raise a data protection complaint with us, which you can submit here.
ALDI will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days, but where possible we do aim to respond in this time frame. We will keep you informed throughout our review, including any internal investigation, and will respond with our outcome. While we may not always be able to provide the result you are seeking, we will do our best to clearly explain our reasoning so you can understand how our decision was made.

ALDI SHOP&GO
Our ALDI SHOP&GO service provides customers with a seamless opportunity to purchase products in one of our designated checkout free stores. The service is available by registering for the ALDI SHOP&GO App via a smartphone device, and operates using automated real-time in-store camera technology. Our cameras track the movements and product interactions of customers in-store, so as to accurately detect and charge for items chosen by you (or any guests shopping with you as part of a group) during your checkout free store visit.
