These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the British Airways American Express 25th Anniversary Flight (the Flight).
Organiser: Avios Group (AGL) Limited (AGL) (company number 02260073), a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, UB7 0GB.
Flights:
Outbound Flight: BA177 15 October 2026. From London - Heathrow Airport (LHR) departing 13:20 BST to New York - John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) arriving 16:15 EDT
Inbound Flight: BA180 18 October 2026. From New York - John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) departing 19:10 EDT to London - Heathrow Airport (LHR) arriving 07:20 BST on 19 October 2026
Event Location: London, United Kingdom and New York, United States.
1. Eligibility
1. The customer making the booking (the Purchasing Participant) must:
a. be a British Airways Club (BAC) member and must accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. For full details of the BAC Terms and Conditions please visit

b. be a Main Cardholder of the
British Airways American Express Credit Card
or the
British Airways American Express Premium Plus Card
;
c. have their British Airways American Express Card Account linked to their BAC account;
d. have registered their interest via
https://www.avios.com/en-GB/spend-avios/vouchers/amex/ba-amex-25th-anniversary-flight
before 24 June 2026 23:59 BST; and
e. travel on the flights.
1.2. The Purchasing Participant must make a booking for at least one (1) return seat for the Flight and must be one of the travelling participants. Each ticket covers one (1) participant.
1.3. A Purchasing Participant may book up to a maximum of four (4) return seats.

1.5. Only personal bookings are permitted; corporate bookings are not permitted. For the purposes of the Flight, a corporate booking means a booking made using a corporate travel account or on behalf of a business entity.
1.6. Employees of the Organiser, British Airways Plc, American Express Services Europe Limited (and their affiliates) are not eligible to book seats for this Flight. If an ineligible booking is identified, it may be cancelled and the applicable Avios and Companion Voucher will be returned to the Purchasing Participants BAC account.
2. Exclusions
2.1. **Additional Flights:** Any flights other than the specified Flights are excluded. If participants decide to fly on alternative dates or times, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for those flights.
If a participant does not take one or both of the Flights, any refunds will be made in accordance with the Flights cancellation policy set out in section 6 in these Terms.
For the avoidance of doubt, any connecting or domestic feeder flights are not included in the Flights. Participants may arrange such flights separately themselves or through the
British Airways Contact Centre
, and will be responsible for the cost of those flights.
Participants are responsible for ensuring sufficient connection time, including where baggage must be collected and re-checked (if required). Connection or feeder flights will be subject to British Airways
standard change and cancellation guidelines
and will not be covered by the Flights-specific arrangement set out in these Terms.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Bookings must be made by purchasing at least one (1) ticket using Avios. Up to a maximum of 160,000 Avios may be redeemed per passenger for a return journey. Payment will be taken at the time of booking. The Purchasing Participant must be included as one of the passengers in the booking and may include up to three (3) additional passengers on the same booking.
3.2. The Avios redeemed will be debited from the Purchasing Participants BAC account on completion of the booking.
3.3. Avios used towards a booking must be held in the Purchasing Participants own BAC account. Avios balances held by other members of a Household Account are not eligible and cannot be used towards the booking.
3.4. Where the Purchasing Participant has a British Airways Club Household Account, any passengers included in the booking must either be members of that Household Account or be on the Purchasing Participants Friends and Family List, in accordance with the
British Airways Club Terms and Conditions

3.5. Any Companion Voucher(s) applied to the booking will be debited from the Purchasing Participants BAC account within 14 days of the booking date.
3.6. Where a Companion Voucher is used as a solo traveller discount and the booking includes more than one (1) passenger, the 50% Avios reduction will be applied to the seat requiring the highest number of Avios on that booking, regardless of whether that passenger is the Purchasing Participant.
3.7. If the Companion Voucher(s) applied to the booking for the Flights is subsequently used for another booking before it has been debited, the Organiser will void the Flights booking made by the Purchasing Participant.
3.8. The booking will be confirmed by email to the email address provided by the Purchasing Participant during the booking process, or as updated later via Manage My Booking on ba.com.
3.9. The Purchasing Participant will receive flight booking confirmation within fourteen (14) days of booking.
3.10. First Class passengers will automatically be booked onto a one-way BLADE helicopter transfer from JFK to New York City, subject to availability and BLADEs

. Any First Class passenger who wishes to opt out from the BLADE helicopter transfer must notify the Organiser at

, or 0344 493 0750, and will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own onward transfer from JFK. The Avios required for the First Class seat will still apply if the BLADE helicopter transfer is not used.
3.11. Seats are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. If the Flights sell out, a waitlist may be operated as set out in section 4.
3.12. The Flights cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, except where a Companion Voucher is permitted in accordance with BACs

3.13. Avios and any Companion Voucher(s) applied to a booking have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.14. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to acceptance and compliance with the Scheme Terms and Conditions as stated on

4. Waitlist system
4.1. Customers may join the waitlist if the Flights sell out and may remove themselves from the waitlist via the
link

4.2. If seats become available due to cancellations, availability will be offered to customers in the order in which they joined the waitlist. Customers offered seats from the waitlist will be contacted by the Contact Centre by phone. The customer must confirm acceptance of the offered seat during that call. If the Purchasing Participant declines the offer or is unable to confirm acceptance during the call, the offer will be withdrawn and offered to the next customer on the waitlist.
4.3. The waitlist will close on 22 July 2026 at 23:59 BST.
5. Personal information and changes
5.1. The Purchasing Participants must provide the required personal information for all participants in the reservation during the booking process (including full names, date of birth and any required travel document details). The Purchasing Participant confirms they have the authority of the other participants to provide this information on their behalf. Personal data will be processed in accordance with AGLs

5.2. Where a Purchasing Participant is booked onto the BLADE helicopter transfer, relevant personal information may be shared with BLADE for the purpose of administering the transfer, in accordance with BLADEs

. Participants may be required to provide additional information directly to BLADE in connection with the helicopter transfer. Blade will directly reach out to customers for any other information required from the customer to participate in this flight. You may be required to provide additional information directly to BLADE in connection with the helicopter transfer.
5.3. Flight Booking confirmation will be sent by email to the email address linked to the Purchasing Participants BAC account. Participants should ensure they have access to their flight booking reference and travel documents.
5.4. Failure to provide the required personal information for all participants during booking may result in full cancellation of all tickets purchased.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
6.1. Cancellation requests must be made via Customer Services using the following contact details:

6.2. Cancellation requests made from the date of booking up to and including thirty (30) days before the outbound flight will be permitted. In such cases, the Avios used and any Companion Voucher applied will be returned to the Purchasing Participants BAC account within thirty (30) days.
6.3. Cancellation requests made within thirty (30) days before the outbound flight may not be eligible for a refund.
6.4. If the required personal information for all participants is not provided during booking, the booking may be cancelled. Where cancellation occurs for this reason, Avios and CV will be returned to the Purchasing Participants BAC account within thirty (30) days. If the booking is cancelled within thirty (30) days of the outbound flight, a refund may not be available.
Cancellation by Organiser:
6.5. If the Organiser cancels the Flights due to unforeseen circumstances, the Purchasing Participant will receive a full refund of the Avios used and any Companion Voucher applied to its BAC account. Refunds can take up to thirty (30) days.
6.6. The Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participants (e.g. accommodation or other travel arrangements) as a result of cancellation.

7. Health and Safety

7.3. Participants requiring special assistance or travelling with a medical condition should notify British Airways via the Manage My Booking page (where available) or by contacting British Airways (see the British Airways Help and Contact

. Advance notice may be required (e.g. at least 48 hours before departure, or up to 7 days where medical clearance is required). The Organiser shall not be liable for any injuries or illnesses incurred during the Flights if a participant does not observe the health and safety rules provided by the Organiser and/or Suppliers. Any onboard experience activities are subject to operational and safety requirements.
7.4. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed during the Flights, including allergic reactions, except where caused by the negligence or breach of duty of the Organiser or its suppliers. The Organiser does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8. Travel Documentation
8.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents prior to travelling.
8.2. The Organiser is not responsible for any participant being denied entry to any country.
8.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking is correct and complete. If a participant becomes aware of an error, they should contact Customer Service [

9. Behavioural Expectations
9.1. Participants must be act responsibly and respectfully at all times. Alcohol will only be served to participants aged 18 or over and may be refused at the discretion of the cabin crew.
9.2. The Organiser and/or British Airways reserve the right to refuse carriage or remove a participant from the Flights for disruptive, illegal or unsafe behaviour. Where removal occurs for this reason, no refund will be provided.
9.3. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in removal from the Flights and/or restrictions on participation in future events, subject to BACs

10. Liability

10.2. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither British Airways Plc, American Express Services Europe Limited (or any American Express group company) and/or AGL (or any of their agents or distributors) shall, in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant, accept any liability to a participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Flights, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not British Airways Plc, American Express Services Europe Limited (or any American Express group company) and/or AGL (or its affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Statutory rights of Purchasing Participants are not affected.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or acts of war). Where such events materially affect the Flights, the Organiser will contact participants with information about available options, including refunds where applicable.
11.2. BLADE is responsible for operating the BLADE helicopter transfer. The transfer is subject to BLADEs Terms of Service and applicable policies. If a participant chooses not to use the transfer, or misses, the BLADE helicopter transfer, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own onward transport, except where BLADEs Terms of Service and applicable policies provide otherwise.
12. Photos taken during the Flights
12.1. The Organiser, and American Express, may take photographs and videos during the Flights for the purposes of promoting the Flights and the Organiser and American Express products and services (including use on websites, social media and press materials). Images may be shared with the Organiser or American Express affiliates, contractors or subcontractors for these purposes. Any personal data collected through such images or recordings will be processed in accordance with AGLs

12.2. Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings should contact the Organiser at

prior to the commencement of the Flights. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to avoid using images or footage in which those participants are identifiable, including by blurring or otherwise obscuring their image where appropriate. Participants may also use the same contact details to request access to, or deletion of, images and videos in which they appear.
13. Data Protection
Any personal data will be used by the Organiser, American Express Services Europe Limited and/or British Airways Plc for the purposes of administering the Flight and/or by any third party appointed to assist administering the Flight and benefits associated with the Flight. Personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with AGLs

14. General
14.1. The Organiser and American Express Services Europe Limited reserves the right to withdraw the Flights or amend these Terms without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to participants for doing so.
14.2. Promotional materials may form part of these Terms. These Terms will prevail in the event of any conflict between these Terms and the promotional materials.
14.3. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in the administration of the Flights shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Organiser, American Express Services Europe Limited and/or British Airways Plc.
14.4. The Organisers decision regarding any aspect of the Flights is final and binding and the Organiser will not enter into correspondence with participants (or their representatives) about it.
14.5. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a booking or terminate a participants participation in the Flights where it reasonably believes a booking is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, or where a participant is in breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
15.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
16.Acceptance of Terms
16.1. By making a booking for the Flights, each participant agrees to and accepts these Terms. For avoidance of doubt, these Terms apply to the Purchasing Participant and all participants named in the same booking.
